We will pamper you with typical South Tyrolean organic products which Sandra – the mistress of the farmstead – prepares herself using fresh fruits. All of our products are derived from organic cultivation, and come exclusively from our own acreage.
Organic apple juice
Our organic apple juice is refreshingly mild in taste, with just a touch of tartness. It’s made from sun-ripened organically-grown apples we pick by hand. Our blend of apple varieties yields an aromatic, naturally turbid juice we think you’ll love.
Dried fruits
We can offer you dried fruits made from high-quality fruits grown organically, and with a unique taste. We are very demanding when it comes to our products, and adhere to quality standards actually exceeding the criteria for ecological agriculture.
